Meet Mister! We saw this cutie on Tuesday to place a humeral intercondylar screw.
Spaniels of all types are prone to developing a small fissure in their humerus (upper arm bone), which can catastrophically fail and result in a fracture of the elbow joint.
Placing a screw as Colin has done here holds the fissure together, stops it being sore and prevents a nasty problem down the line.
