Routine rechecks and appointments will be addressed in a distanced manner or by phone calls to answer concerns where possible.
New presenting cases will be assessed for urgency. Most surgical conditions such as broken bones, torn ligaments, breathing problems, painful ear conditions are clearly a necessity to address swiftly and we will continue to do so.
Our interactions with clients will be outside, with our staff in PPE (as pictured) with patient examinations and treatment within practices, where our team will remain distanced from host practice staff.
We are determined to keep every one as safe as possible whilst we ensure the welfare of the pets in our charge and supporting colleagues in all our host practices.
