I’m very proud indeed to be featured in the Vet Record’s Careers Section this week. I’ve had a great deal of help along the way from family and friends, and been privileged to work with so many fantastic colleagues. The Veterinary Profession has been very good to me: every day a new smile and the opportunity to do something positive.
I am determined that we keep supporting our colleagues of our generation and especially the future, and we treasure the principles that make this profession so fantastic to be part of. There wasn’t space to mention all of the names, and offer all the thanks appropriate to the many other mentors and colleagues over the decades, but you are all very dear to my heart and none of you forgotten.
